On October 11, 2022, members of the Louisiana Purchase Chapter landscaped around the Camino Real marker for the DAR Day of Service.

In 2008, we partnered with the City of Kimmswick, Missouri, to relocate and rededicate the El Camino Real trail marker from its original location, which flooded frequently, to nearby Jefferson Square Park.
