Honoring American Revolutionary War Patriots buried in Jefferson County, Missouri
On Saturday, November 9, the Louisiana Purchase Chapter, NSDAR, in conjunction with the Missouri Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) Color Guard, Jefferson County officials, Missouri DAR officers, chapter regents and other members, Missouri State Senator Mary Elizabeth Coleman, and several descendants of these American Revolutionary War Patriots gathered to dedicate a memorial to the men who moved west with their families after the American Revolutionary War.
